CarryMatic Apps – Hands-Free Equipment Movement
CarryMatic is Jtec’s latest and most innovative product line. This automated material movement system consists of motorized roller carriages, line-side transfer stations, proprietary monitoring software, as well as hitch and station controls. They offer single bay carts that provide narrow aisle access while dual bay carts maximize payloads. Trolley trains are pulled by an unmanned AGV at all facilities, automatically transferring cargo on and off trolleys and stations at designated locations.
This plug-n-play system works with any brand of AGV tugboat and can be easily integrated into a facility’s existing system. It is a hands-free solution that eliminates the need for a forklift for deliveries. The routes are pre-programmed via the CarryMatic software, which communicates with the AGV. Highly visible battery indicators on every cart and station indicate all material transfer activity.
AGVs or mobile robots are used to pull carts without an operator. The AGV drives a predetermined route with a train of wagons and transfers materials via motorized rollers to the appropriate locations. The CarryMatic software communicates with the AGV supervisor and other auxiliary controls to facilitate appropriate transfers.
